Henri Chopin
The (Almost) Complete Books, Zines and Multiples (1957 – 2007)
November 27, 2021 – January 29, 2022

This exhibition is the most complete to date showing the published works of the pioneering French sound and visual poet Henri Chopin whose creative life was deeply rooted in UK. The year 2022 marks the centenary of Henri Chopin’s birth (1922-2008) and this show will house work covering 50 years of his avant-garde publishing practice (1957-2007) including more than 400 varied artworks he has produced across film, sound though especially in print material.  

This exhibition is curated by Frédéric Acquaviva, an experimental composer and friend of Chopin, who has organised several shows  of the artist’s work during his lifetime.
